These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Amplify the Kingdom platform (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
ORGANIZATION STATUS
Amplify the Kingdom LLC is a for-profit organization. Participation, subscriptions, and purchases are not charitable contributions and are not tax-deductible.
USE OF SERVICES
The Services provide discipleship tools, content, and technology for educational and spiritual growth. They do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or pastoral advice.
USER CONDUCT
Users agree to engage respectfully and responsibly. You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Services and do not pose a safety risk to others.
NO GUARANTEES
We make no guarantees regarding spiritual outcomes or results.
PAYMENTS
Fees, billing, and refunds are governed by the terms presented at checkout.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplify the Kingdom LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
SEPARATE ORGANIZATIONS
Amplify the Kingdom LLC operates independently from Your Faith Journey, Inc., a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
