Non-Clinical Notice
ATK is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical treatment. We do not collect, store, or process client health information, medical records, diagnoses, or treatment data.
Data Collection Purpose
Information collected through this application is used solely for:
- Directory vetting and alignment
- Ministry collaboration and communication
- Public directory listings (with explicit consent upon approval)
Privacy & Data Use
- Applicant data is kept confidential and reviewed by authorized team members only.
- Information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
- Approved members may request updates or removal from the directory at any time.
Right of Removal
ATK reserves the right to remove any directory listing that no longer aligns with its mission, values, or ethical standards.
