Payment Terms (Stripe Checkout)
By completing a payment, you agree to the following Payment Terms, in addition to the Amplify the Kingdom Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Organization & Nature of Payments
Amplify the Kingdom LLC is a for-profit limited liability company.
All payments are made in exchange for access to digital content, memberships, subscriptions, tools, or services.
- Payments are not charitable donations
- Payments are not tax-deductible
- No portion of any payment is considered a gift or contribution
Amplify the Kingdom LLC operates independently from Your Faith Journey, Inc., a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.
By submitting payment information, you authorize Amplify the Kingdom LLC and Stripe to:
- Charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout
- Process recurring charges for subscriptions or payment plans, if applicable
- Handle payment data in accordance with Stripe’s security and compliance standards
Amplify the Kingdom LLC does not store full payment card details.
Pricing, Billing & Subscriptions
- All prices are displayed prior to purchase
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information
- Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or termination of access
Prices may change with notice where required by law.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility, if any, is disclosed at checkout or within the applicable service description.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Digital products and accessed content are non-refundable
- Subscription cancellations stop future billing only
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Amplify the Kingdom LLC, subject to applicable law.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, you agree to contact Amplify the Kingdom LLC before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of access
- Recovery of fees incurred due to dispute processing
Stripe may share transaction data with Amplify the Kingdom LLC to resolve disputes.
No Guarantees
Payment grants access to services only.
Amplify the Kingdom LLC makes no guarantees regarding spiritual, personal, financial, or ministry outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Amplify the Kingdom LLC is not responsible for payment processing errors attributable to Stripe
- Liability related to payments shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service
Governing Law & Updates
These Payment Terms are governed by applicable state law.
Terms may be updated periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
